Can I screen without signing up?
Yes. Anonymous single-NPI screens are free — up to 5 per month with no account required.
What counts as a screen?
Each NPI lookup or name-based search counts as one screen against your monthly limit.
Is bulk screening included in Solo?
No. Bulk CSV upload is a Team+ feature. Solo is for manual single-NPI checks.
What is daily monitoring?
Team+ subscribers can add NPIs to a watchlist. Every NPI is re-screened daily against all sources. If a status changes (e.g., CLEAR to EXCLUDED), you get an email alert immediately.
How often is the data updated?
OIG LEIE: monthly on the 1st. State board sanctions: rolling, varies by state (most weekly). GSA SAM: daily.
